This quarter, we are excited to celebrate the dedication and unique talent of team members who drive our success. We want to introduce Salvador Cervantes, our new Manager of Operations and Support. Sal’s experience and passion for efficiency and people make him a standout addition to our team.

 

Sal comes to us with more than 13 years of experience in operations, bringing a fresh perspective to our department. His enthusiasm for HealthLink Dimensions was sparked by our company’s mission, as well as his personal connection to healthcare. This deep motivation drives Sal to contribute meaningfully to the impact we have on our clients and their patients.

Sal’s vision for his role at HealthLink Dimensions is focused on bringing a “people-first” mindset to ticketing and support operations. “Often, people get lost because operations folks think, ‘Oh, it's just a support ticket. It's just a number,’ but in reality, there's a story behind every number,” Sal explains. He is committed to ensuring that every interaction we have isn't just a transaction, but an opportunity to impact someone's day positively.

For Sal, leadership is about more than just achieving metrics; it's about investing in his team on a personal level. “In 10 to 15 years, I'd love to make an impact on a global scale, either by leading teams or building something new,” he shares. Driven by a growth mindset, Sal envisions expanding his leadership role within HealthLink Dimensions. His ambitious vision for the future is inspiring and aligns with our company's culture of innovation and evolution.
