As revealed in our HCP Communications Report, many healthcare professionals are more willing to attend meetings and conferences in-person, making it easier to create meaningful connections.
This year, like many of the providers we surveyed, we have also taken part in several industry conferences, including our recent participation in Pharma USA and HMPS23. These conferences brought together experts and thought leaders from the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, offering valuable insights and opportunities for networking and collaboration.
We were pleased to see many of our clients at Pharma USA, which focuses on innovations and trends in the pharmaceutical industry. Through discussions about medical news, patient engagement, and therapeutic advancements, we were able to engage with our peers, exchange ideas, and explore potential partnerships. We enjoyed discussing important topics related to the pharmaceutical industry, including:
The value of partnerships to improve health outcomes
Multichannel engagement
Motivating and empowering your sales force
New methods for customer engagement
A Revealing Discovery
We also participated in the 28th annual Healthcare Marketing & Physician Strategies Summit, HMPS23, which is dedicated to addressing healthcare marketing, communications, digital, and physician relationship challenges.
We were thrilled to have the opportunity to connect with leaders and decision-makers in the field, and we discovered a key insight proving the importance of our annual HCP Communications Report. While connecting with health system marketers, we uncovered a pervasive belief that “physicians do not read emails,” contrary to our recent discovery that not only do physicians read emails, but 75% prefer email communication. We also learned that many health systems rely on internal lists, which are often not reviewed regularly.
By actively engaging in events like these, we underscore our commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends. We’re also prepared with the most current tips, insights, and observations to help guide you in our rapidly changing industry.
