After attending Northern Kentucky University and working in Finance for a number of years, Robin joined TriHealth in 1990. For the last 14 years at TriHealth she has focused on recruitment marketing and advertising, first for  general hospital employment and in recent years, her sole focus being system-wide physician employment .  She uses a diverse mix that includes print, direct mail, events/networking  and targeted digital and social media along with aggressive sourcing  of active and passive candidates.

Louis Caligiuri | Director | Physician Services at North Shore Physicians Group
Louis Caligiuri has close to 30 year’s experience working in the healthcare industry.  For the past 16 years he has been the Director of Physician Services at North Shore Physicians Group located in Peabody, Massachusetts where he has recruited over 300 physicians.

Louis has a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Albany.  He is a Diplomat of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (DASPR).
