Message from the CEO: Foundational Trust
Last month, I spoke about the rapid scaling of AI and the shifting regulatory landscape. I was fortunate to experience the palpable energy and the underlying anxiety among C-suite executives, innovators, and entrepreneurs while at JPM Health Conference in San Fransisco. From these conversations, it is clear that AI tools are being deployed across the healthcare sector with a primary goal: relieving the administrative burden on clinicians to reclaim time for patient care. We are also seeing a surge in high-level collaboration between tech and pharma, exemplified by the AI drug discovery lab recently launched through the partnership between Nvidia and Eli Lilly.
However, this momentum in innovation is only as strong as the foundation it sits upon. As we move deeper into 2026, a defining theme is emerging: Engagement and Adoption cannot exist without Trust.
In our first episode of HealthLink Signals, Matt Holland from Healio noted that "one-size-fits-all education no longer works." I couldn’t agree more.
