Three Questions with Katy Weisbrodt:

For this month’s Employee Spotlight at HealthLink Dimensions, we selected Katy Weisbrodt, a seven-year team veteran!

Q: Can you tell us a little about your time at HealthLink Dimensions?

A: Sure! I’ve been a part of the HealthLink Dimensions team for almost seven years now, and things have changed so much for the company and for me during that time. From my start working with post-acute care organizations optimizing their directory listings, to selling enterprise-level care coordination software, to my current role as Client Experience Director, I’ve always been close to our customers. My passion is to help clients solve their business challenges. I learned my passion early in my career while working across multiple departments for my dad’s business and while studying professional sales in college. I like seeing the whole picture, which is why I also serve as our product team’s SCRUM meeting facilitator. A few extra hours each week helps me connect client feedback directly to product development. My work at HealthLink Dimensions is very satisfying because I work with great people and see the entire product development, marketing, sales, and post-sale lifecycle.

Q: What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

A: When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with Travis and our new puppy, Fitz. Fitz is an adorable goldendoodle with a fantastic personality. Naturally, COVID has changed our day-to-day, but going for hikes and spending time outdoors are some of our favorite things to do together as a family. When Fitz needs a break, Travis and I will often grab our tennis rackets and head to the court for a game of doubles.

Q: What is something most people don’t know about you?

A: Maybe some people already know this…but I’m the middle child of three sisters… and I’m a little bit competitive. 😊 Growing up, I played pretty much every sport possible. Softball, Volleyball, Basketball, and track. What can I say? I love competition and team sports!
