On April 28, 2026, the medical publishing and healthcare marketing community gathered at The Liberty House in Jersey City, New Jersey for the Association of Medical Media (AMM) 2026 Nexus Awards Gala. HealthLink Dimensions was proud to attend and sponsor the evening as a new member of the AMM, represented by Bridget Corbett, Senior Director of Business Development.

The Nexus Awards recognize the very best in service, professionalism, and communication across the medical publishing industry. This year's celebration carried added weight: 2026 marks AMM's 50th Anniversary, making the evening not only a recognition of individual excellence, but a milestone for an organization that has shaped the industry for five decades.

HealthLink Dimensions Joins the AMM Community

Becoming a member of the AMM reflects HealthLink Dimensions' ongoing commitment to the healthcare marketing ecosystem. The AMM provides its members with access to proprietary industry research, relevant education sessions, professional development opportunities, and a network of peers who are driving the future of medical media. Recognizing Excellence: The 2026 Nexus Award Winners

The evening's centerpiece was the recognition of this year's Nexus Award recipients. Congratulations to Manny Sokoli of Haymarket and Stacey McHugh of the American Medical Association (AMA) for being named this year's Nexus Award winners, recognized for setting the standard of excellence in the field.

A special acknowledgment goes to Kevin Bolum of the American College of Physicians (ACP), who was named the inaugural Vanguard Award recipient. This new honor recognizes longstanding passion and contributions to the AMM, and Kevin's recognition as its first recipient speaks to the depth of his commitment to this community.

Honoring Humanitarians: Stories That Inspire

One of the most meaningful parts of the evening was the recognition of the 2026 Humanitarian Award recipients, featured in the April issue of Healthcare Marketer's Exchange. These are professionals who have taken the tools of their careers and turned them outward in service of others. Their stories are a reminder of why this industry, and the people in it, matter.

This year's Humanitarian honorees were Guelila Coupet (Initiative), Stan Woodland (CMI Media Group and Compas), Emily Chau (SSCG Media), Jeremy Vannatta (AbelsonTaylor), Shannon Von Hassel (Mediabrands), Bryan Sternlieb (Fingerpaint), Elizabeth Apelles (Greater Honeycomb), Maggie Saenz (Kinesso), Gina Andreacchio (SSCG Media), and Ruben Ramirez (Mediabrands).
